Instudio Interior Design Studio developed the concept for Google’s Montreal office around the city’s neighbourhoods, with each floor referencing a different area. Field supported the project by developing the signage and graphics package for production, translating the concept into a coherent system across the building.

The work covered wayfinding, meeting room signage, elevator lobbies, stairwells and shared spaces across five floors. The focus was on structure, consistency and production-ready detail — making sure the visual language could be applied clearly at scale.

Working within Instudio’s wider design direction, the graphics system was refined and organised so each floor retained its own character while still belonging to one cohesive workplace environment.

On the Old Port floor, interactive wall graphics linked directly to Google Street View, adding a small but memorable connection between the office and the city outside.
